A therapeutic massage can be done with deep or light pressure to your tolerance, with the use of tools like cupping and gua sha at no extra cost.

Therapeutic Massage

This is a long intake session with a headache specialist. We will go over your headache triggers and sensitivities, what medical interventions you have tried, what makes your headaches better, and what you miss most about being headache-free. From there, your practitioner will create a treatment plan and act as guide and advocate on your journey to relief. This session does not include bodywork.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

Treatment by a headache specialist which includes targeted bodywork for your headaches. This is usually NOT a full body treatment, instead focusing on your major problem areas (usually head, neck, and upper back). This is a great treatment for someone who feels a tension headache creeping in or as a prevention method for chronic headaches of any kind.

Headache Massage Treatment

This is a therapeutic pain management consultation plus bodywork. Usually 45 minutes are spent talking about your experiences with headaches, triggers, and the medical interventions you have tried. From there, we can create a plan or update our goals for progress. After that, we can get you on the table for targeted work focusing on the head, neck, and upper back.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy + Targeted Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage is beneficial for everyone, but often scheduled for post-surgical care as well as chronic disease management.
